Textured Fiber Soya Protein Food Production Line is a new kind of extruding processing line which is produced and developed according to our rich experiences and the requirement of food market. This line adopt low-temperature soybean meal as main material to produce new food which looks like muscle and has the sense of mastication. This kind of food has high nutrition and can be widely applied in many industries: ham, cam, fast-food, instant-cool food etc.

The production line of Fiber Soya protein uses twin-screw extrusion technology to produce Textured Fiber Soya Protein. This technology adopts a new type of twin screw extrusion machine, which adopts a functional screw segment segmented combination design structure; The barrel is also segmented, equipped with injection ports, exhaust ports, etc. Each section of the barrel is independently heated and controlled, and the whole length of the barrel is equipped with an automatic water circulation cooling system, which can accurately control the temperature; Its operating system adopts a PLC touch screen centralized intelligent control system, and production parameters can be automatically, conveniently, and accurately controlled.

The new twin-screw extruder uses low-temperature soybean meal, soybean protein isolate, gluten powder as the main raw materials to complete the forced transportation, mixing homogenization, crushing kneading, melting, cooking, high-temperature sterilization, extrusion and molding of materials in the twin-screw extruder, forming a layered tenacious fiber structure, so as to produce a layered muscle fiber structure, high strength High tenacity soybean brushed protein food similar to meat texture and taste; According to the different extrusion molds and auxiliary equipment, shapes such as columns, blocks, sheets, strips, granules, and pudding can be produced separately; The Fiber Soya protein food produced by this twin screw extruder has good water absorption and oil retention characteristics, strong taste following property, and high temperature resistance, so it can be widely used in meat products, fast food, quick frozen food, stuffing, instant noodle seasoning, etc., and can also be made into vegetarian leisure food and vegetarian dishes with different flavors. The Fiber Soya protein production line is a complete set of automatic production lines, including raw material mixing, extrusion molding, drying, cooling and other equipment, and production lines with different output and configuration.
