Process composition:

1. Mixing machine: Select different models of mixing machines according to the production line output;

2. Loading machine: using a motor as the power source for spiral conveying to achieve convenient and fast loading results;

3. Expander: different models of feed expanders are selected according to the output of the production line. The output can vary from 100kg/h to 600kg/h. Corn flour, cereal flour, bone meal, meat meal and other food materials can be used as raw materials. The specific product shape can be changed to shape the desired shape;

4. Elevator: Transport the feed to the oven, and the height of the elevator is determined according to the oven. A fan can also be used to achieve the desired effect;

5. Multi layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, and the temperature can be adjusted between 0-200 degrees Celsius through a control cabinet. The interior is a double-layer stainless steel mesh bag, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. There are multi-layer stainless steel ovens such as three-layer, five layer, and seven layer;

6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal tube, cylindrical tube, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which can be configured according to production volume and product properties during production;

7. Vibration screen: Screen out excess crushed materials and excess external scattering materials to ensure the integrity and aesthetics of the particles during packaging
